レンタルバイクサービス ご利用の流れ
Procedures for Using Rental bike Services

①ご予約　Reservation
日時や車種をお選びください。
Please choose the date，time and type of bicycle you wish to rent．

【 当店ＷEBサイトのレンタルページ内のお申込みフォーム 】　or　【 公式LINEのレンタルバイク予約メニュー 】どちらかからお申し込みください。
Please apply from the application form in the rental page of our website or from the rental bike reservation menu on the official LINE．

選択写真の車種の在庫は１台のみですので、重複してお選びいただくことはできません。
すでにご予約済みのお客様とご希望の車種が重複した際は、ご予約の変更、または取り消しをお願いすることがございます。
ご了承くださいますようお願い致します。
We only have one bicycle in stock for the model in the picture you want to choose．
You can’t choose more than one．
If other customers have already reserved the bicycle you want，we may ask you to change or cancel the reservation．

ライト、ボトルケージ、鍵、ヘルメット、ベル、スマホホルダーなどのお貸し出しも承っております (無料)
ご希望の方は備考欄に記入ください。
You can borrow a light , a bottle cage，a key，a helmet , a bell，a smartphone holder, and so on for free．
If you wish，please write in the remarks column .
The number is limited，so you may not be able to borrow it.

ピクニックグッズのお貸し出しも承っております (有料)
ご希望の方は備考欄に記入ください。
数に限りがございますので、お貸し出しが出来ない場合もございます。
We also rent picnic goods for a fee．
If you wish，please write in the remarks column．
The number is limited，so you may not be able to borrow it．

スマホスタンドやフラワーバッグのお貸し出しも承っております (有料)
ご希望の方は備考欄に記入ください。
数に限りがございますので、お貸し出しが出来ない場合もございます。
We also rent smartphone stands and flower bags for a fee．
If you wish， please write in the remarks column．
The number is limited，so you may not be able to borrow it．

②ご予約確定
フォームに記入・送信後、メールが届きますが、この時点ではまだご予約確定ではございません。
予約確定の有無に関してのメールを再度送信致します。迷惑メール除外設定をお願いします。
※定休日を挟むとメールが遅れる場合がございます。
You will receive an e-mail after filling out the form and Submitting it．
However，at this point，you have not yet been able to make an appointment．
I will resend an e-mail asking if you have been able to make an appointment．Please set the spam mail rejection .
If you are closed，the e-mail may be delayed．

③ご来店　Come to the store
ご予約の日時にお越しください。
Please come to the store on the reserved date and time．
 
お貸出の際に、代表者１名の顔写真付き本人確認書類のご提示をお願いしておりますので、ご持参お願い致します。
We ask you to show the ID confirmation documents with a photo of the one representatives at the reception desk． Please bring them with you．

④お支払い　Please pay
現金、クレジットカード、ＱR決済などがお選びいただけます。
You can pay by cash， credit card，or QR code．
